The Department of Eurocar Customer Service is responsible for coordinating and monitoring of the dealerships and regulates possible conflicts that could arise during vehicles maintenance and warranty services. The main functions of the Department of Customer Service include:

  • Evaluation of the effectiveness and quality of dealerships;
  • Consideration of applications of cars’ owners and customers of Skoda certified dealers about quality and level of service provision;
  • Development and monitoring of additional measures implementation concerning conflicts between clients and dealers’ business;
  • Providing information services regarding Skoda lineup, all sorts of activities and events held by Eurocar.
